The Federation of Construction Industry, (FOCI), is a not-for-profit umbrella body for construction companies in Nigeria. FOCI provides a platform for its members to pursue common interests within the law, regulate the minimum conditions of service for employees in the construction industry and liaise with relevant government agencies in matters of common interest. FOCI inaugurated a Scholarship Fund in 1976 in memory of late General Murtala Muhammed.
