Call for Application: MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition 2024

MTN mPulse Spelling Bee is a spelling competition being organized by MTN Nigeria for students between the ages of 9 and 15 who are on the mPulse tariff plan. Click here to migrate or dial *344*1# if you are not on the mPulse tariff plan.

The competition comprises 3 rounds:

• 1st round with 10 spelling questions to be held on mpulse.mtn.ng.
• 2nd round with 20 spelling questions to be held on mpulse.mtn.ng for only shortlisted students from the 1st Round.
• Grand finale to be held on-ground in Lagos and streamed on mpulse.mtn.ng

There are over N24 million worth of prizes and more for student winners, their teachers and school

About MTN Foundation

The MTN Foundation scholarship scheme seeks to attract high performing full time students studying in public tertiary institutions (universities, polytechnics and colleges of education) in Nigeria. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who might otherwise be unable to pay for their tertiary education and aims to recognize and reward academic excellence.

1st Prize

• Student - 5million Naira scholarship grant, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone and mPulse goody bag.
• School - ICT Lab (10 Laptop), 10 MTN Hynetflex
• Teacher - N500,000 cash

2nd Prize

• Student - 2.5million Naira scholarship grant, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone and mPulse goody bag.
• Teacher - N300,000 cash

3rd Prize

• Student - 1.5 million Naira scholarship grant, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone and mPulse goody bag.
• Teacher - N200,000 cash

4th-10th Finalists: N500,000 cash prize each and mPulse goody bag

11th-20th Finalists: N200,000 cash prize and mPulse goody bag

Requirements for MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition Qualification

• The competition is only open to Nigerian students between the ages of 9 - 15years in primary and secondary schools.
• Parents are not allowed to participate in this game.
• You must register as a student to participate.
• Take the Practice test quiz as many times as possible.
• Click on Play Annually to participate in the competition.
• Top 20 finalist must be on the MTN mPulse tariff plan.
